APTA Draft Comment on DOT’s Interim Final Rule for DBE Program
On October 3, 2025, DOT issued an Interim Final Rule (IFR) on the DBE Program.

In response, APTA held a series of listening sessions to engage members to develop our approach and comments to this important rulemaking.
